- At Focused Therapy, we are passionate about helping people make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives. Our aim is to empower and teach clients the skills to address behaviours and cognitive patterns that do not serve them in a positive way. We do this by building rapport with our clients and collaborating with them to achieve their desired outcomes.

Treatment Approach
- At Focused Therapy, we use Strategic Psychotherapy to help clients identify areas of concern and to provide psycho-education. We then collaborate with our clients to determine a treatment plan to use in conjunction that is right for them. Treatment plans could include the use of Clinical Hypnosis, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) or the Rapid Anxiety Reduction Method (RARM).
